Pumpkin Patch

What better way to enjoy Fall and the cool weather than boogying on down to the local family farm Bartel Pumpkin Patch! We went in search of inspiration for some new fall cards and found a whole lot more.

We found a muddy field with pumpkins as far as the eye can see! To my endless delight I got to roam of my own accord looking for that perfect pumpkin. Some may see imperfection but to me it is perfect, it has it's own character and charm. Like making hand-made cards, pumpkins are one of a kind, there are many like it but those cards are for just for that special someone.

As we trudged around looking for that just right, I found not one, not two, but ten of the most precious and perfect pumpkins to grace my house for the rest of the fall! Pictures of these little babies and what our plans are for them are to follow. Because I don't have any patience I will say that it involves painting some and carving others.


Often they look alike but each is unique. So in spirit of the pumpkin patch this week we will make a perfectly pumpkin fall card with all the instructions, video, where to get the supplies and if unable to make your own where to buy it.
